Iota Omega chapter of National Co-ed Service Fraternity Alpha Phi Omega was chartered at the College at Brockport on May 27, 1951 and was later rechartered in the 60s and then again on May 3, 1997. Iota Omega is part of Section 89 in Region 2.
Section 89 consists of 8 chapters:
Epsilon Gamma (Alfred University)
Epsilon Sigma (University at Buffalo)
Iota Omega (SUNY Brockport)
Mu Lambda (University of Rochester)
Xi Zeta (Rochester Institute of Technology)
Chi Pi (SUNY Fredonia)
Alpha Beta Beta (St. Bonaventure)
Alpha Beta Xi (SUNY Geneseo)
